Return Process

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
